Authxperts LLC is US based corporation with its headquarters in the Washington DC Metropolitan area and branch offices in Bristol, UK; Sydney, Australia; Ottawa, Canada; New Delhi, India and Dubai, UAE. We have been providing legalization services to individuals and corporate clients from around the world since 2003 and have built a strong reputation over the years for providing quality service and more than meeting customer expectations. Authxperts LLC was the first firm in the United States to become BBB Accredited in the legalization services industry due to its commitment to customer care, transparent approach and unparalleled service standards.
In December 2012, Authxperts opened offices in Dubai, UAE and in Bristol, UK and continues to develop its varied and ever expanding client base. With offices in five international locations, our local knowledge ensures the best prices and service for our customers.

Lauren has been with Authxperts since 2012 and coordinates legalization of documents from Sydney and New Zealand. With years of experience in customer care and operations, Lauren is great asset for our team. Along with our other team members in Sydney, she works closely with foreign affairs office in Sydney and all embassies in Canberra.
Rakesh is our team member in New Delhi, India and provides support to our Dubai and US team for India issued documents. He handles all legalization requests from Ministry of external affairs and also from different embassies located in New Delhi.
Naomi is the manager of our UK operations. She handles all legalization requests for England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. With extensive experience in customer care and project management, Naomi is highly efficient and organized, with excellent knowledge of legalization procedures in all parts of the UK and Ireland.
Brian is the manager of our Rockville, MD office and supervises all legalization operations in the US. With years of experience, he can offer you the best solution for your needs and has extensive knowledge of the legalization requirements for different types of documents originating from various countries. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and with an eye for detail, Brian has been on board since Authxperts was founded and knows the legalization business inside out.
Delma is the manager of our Dubai office and has been working with us since early 2013. Experienced in business management and customer relations, she has proved to be great asset to our team. Along with our other team members in the Dubai office, Delma co-ordinates document attestation in the UAE with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from other middle east and Asian countries like Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore etc.If you are based in the UAE and need local or international legalization services, she is your first point of contact.

In addition to the aforementioned acceptance by you, by proceeding to make a purchase of any of the services detailed and listed on the authxperts website (Services) you are deemed to have accepted our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Any refund is applicable only if delivery of the Services has not yet commenced.
Please note that proof of the Services having been commenced by Authxperts includes sending to you a confirmation message by email that we have begun the processing of your Application Form which requested use of our Services or any other valid proof that your documents are in process.
All refund requests for the Services provided by Authxperts must be pre-authorized by Authxperts.
To arrange a refund, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Determine Eligibility
If you wish to arrange a refund for the Services offered by Authxperts, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee, provided the delivery of the Services has not yet commenced.
Refunds are available to those customers who purchased (by cheque, online or by bank transfer) the Services within the last 7 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information. If you have this receipt, please follow the instructions in Step 2.
Step 2. Email Your Proof of Purchase Along with the Reason for the Refund Request
To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to [email protected] along with the reason for the cancellation of the Services.
Payment for online orders on Authxperts is handled using Authorize.Net. Payment for any other orders on Authxperts is handled using Bank Wire Transfer, Paypal, Google Checkout or cheque. For each purchase from the Authxperts website you should have received an email confirmation following successful payment confirmation. Among other things, this email indicates the following:
If you are unable to locate your email receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order.
The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, Services purchased, purchase price, and reason for cancelling the service.
The date of purchase must be within the last 7 days. Please e-mail this information to [email protected]
Step 3. Complete, Sign and Return your Statement of Cancellation of Services
We will send you an e-mail to notify you whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you have provided.
To receive a refund you must print, complete, sign and return the Statement of Cancellation of Services within 7 days following the purchase.
After Authxperts receives your properly completed and signed Statement of Cancellation of Services within 7 days following the purchase, Authxperts will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the Services, less USD 100 to cover bank or credit card processing services, distribution and support.
If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account or your chosen bank account within 2 to 10 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
In the event of cancellation of the Services and, if we are in possession of any Documentation belonging to you, we will ensure that such Documentation is available for collection by you at our Dubai or US office address (as stated on our website) during normal business days. Please note that you must provide us with at least 72 hours written notice before you collect the Documentation. If you require our assistance to deliver the Documentation to you please note that there will be an additional charge payable by you for this assistance (including courier delivery charges), details of which can be provided to you should you wish to request our assistance.

Changes to Terms of Service / Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service and Refund Policy at our sole discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Terms of Service and Refund Policy on the www.authxperts.com or www.uaeembassylegalization.com website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for any such revisions.
